If you're reading this, something's not working. Not in the dramatic way where everything's on fire, but in the quiet way where you're doing all the right things and still feeling like you're hanging on by a few hangnails. Yikes.
• Maybe, you've tried the productivity hacks.
• You've read the self-help books.
• You've white-knuckled your way through another burnout cycle.
• You've worked with other coaches, therapy programs, self paced courses and so on; only to find yourself right back here...
wondering why you can't just keep it together like everyone else seems to.
Here's what I know: You're not deficient, broken or behind. You're simply done pretending.
I'm praised for being resilient, but I'm tired of just surviving.
NeuroTypical pressures
I'm scared that if I stop pushing, everything will fall apart.
Ruthless inner criticism
Constant freeze or fawn states
I don't know how to rest without feeling guilty or like I'm falling behind.
I empower those at stuck at forks in the road, to navigate from living in tension to living with intention; to become who they're meant to be.

I'm a PCC credentialed holistic coach who specializes in working with neurodivergent women.
I'm also a late-diagnosed ADHD woman who knows what it feels like to be praised for resilience while quietly unraveling behind the scenes. Other labels that work for me: biracial, millennial, married, pcos, capricorn, sacral generator.
I combine somatics, shadow work, and strategy because talking about your patterns doesn't change them. Your body must begin to feel safe enough to let them go.
This work isn't about fixing you or making you more productive. It's about supporting you to stop fighting your wiring so you can finally build a life that doesn't require constant damage control. Imagine: ease 👀
My approach:
Body-first, brain second
Regulation + shadow work before strategy
Permission before performance
Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power and magic in it
Goethe
Most people don't come to me saying they need coaching. They come because life feels unsustainable, even though on paper their life looks fine; maybe even better than fine.
Here's what that usually sounds like:
I'm tired of just surviving: You've been praised for being resilient, but you're exhausted from constantly managing yourself. We weave in emotional and nervous system regulation so your body can stop bracing for the next crisis.
Everything feels like too much: Your baseline is overwhelm. Small tasks feel enormous. We work on body awareness and grounding practices so you can tell the difference between actual danger and your old-no-longer-trusty-mental-radio-station.
I can't rest without guilt: You don't know how to stop without feeling like you're falling behind, letting people down, or feeling productive in every open minute. We work on reclaiming rest as a biological need, not a reward you have to earn. Big shout out to the body of work by Tricia Hersey.
I keep repeating the same patterns: You understand your triggers intellectually but still react the same way. We work on subconscious/shadow integration and rewiring those neural pathways to make space for the new.
I don't know who I am without the mask: You've spent so long performing that you've lost touch with what you actually want or who you are. We work on de-masking and identity reclamation without the pressure to have it all figured out.
We don't tackle all of these at once. We start where the friction is highest and work from there.

Before We Start
We'll have a vibe check call after you've attended one of my masterclasses. This helps us both know if we're a good fit before committing. Think: first date vibes, less pressure.
The Structure
Coaching works best within containers. Having a clear timeframe helps your nervous system settle into the process instead of constantly evaluating whether it's working. It allows us to find comfort in a rhythm that works for our lives.
Sessions are either weekly or biweekly, held at a consistent day and time. Life happens and we adjust when needed, but rhythm matters for your brain and body.

Between Sessions
You'll have unlimited messaging access because this work doesn't happen on a schedule.
You'll also receive homework, grounding practices, and access to resources tailored to what we're working on.
What Comes Next
Some people continue with monthly sessions after their container ends. Others take a break and come back when they need support.
There's no pressure to stay in perpetual coaching mode. Actually, I highly encourage taking time to integrate all the work into our life first and for as long as needed.
I believe in equity. That means acknowledging that access to support shouldn't depend on your financial situation, especially when systemic barriers have made it harder for neurodivergent people to accumulate wealth in the first place.
Payment plans, split payments, and sliding scale options are available. We'll discuss what works for you during our vibe call.
☝🏾 I work with clients globally. I use an invoicing system that is accessible for folks outside of the USA and payments can be made through ACH bank accounts or credit cards.

This is for people who need to stop the bleeding. You're in a pattern that's no longer working and you need tools that actually function in real life, not just when conditions are ideal. You may not have had coaching before, feel a bit uncertain but sure that something needs to change.

This is for people who are ready to completely rebuild their relationship with their neurodivergence and their identity. Not just learn coping skills, but fundamentally shift how they move through the world.
What happens: We go deep. This isn't just about managing symptoms or building better habits. We work on shadow integration, identity reclamation, somatic healing, and neural rewiring. The timeline gives us space to work at the speed of trust instead of rushing transformation. The commitment level for this is as high as the transformation possibilities.
Best for: those who want full identity reconstruction, not just better coping mechanisms.

Bi/weekly 1:1 sessions
Unlimited messaging between sessions [email and Telegram app]
1 virtual breathwork session per month

🔮 I only take on clients after we've both confirmed it's a good fit. No pressure, no hard sells. Just honest conversation about whether this work makes sense for you.
Therapy focuses on healing past wounds. Coaching focuses on building capacity for what's next, it is momentum building. I work somatically, which means we're addressing bodily patterns, but I'm not treating, diagnosing, advising on or prescribing for mental health diagnoses. Many of my clients have both a therapist and coach.
No. Self-diagnosis is valid, especially for people who've been overlooked by systems that weren't designed to recognize neurodivergence in women. If you resonate with the experience, that's enough.
If you're not neurodivergent at all and vibe with my coaching style, let's get to it!
We'll talk about it. Sometimes life circumstances change. But part of this work is learning to honor commitments to yourself, so I ask that you come in ready to see it through unless something genuinely prevents you.
