I empower those at stuck at forks in the road, to navigate from living in tension to living with intention; to become who they're meant to be.

I don’t coach from just theory - I coach from lived experience.

I too am a late-diagnosed, ADHD-H woman who understands the identity grief, the masking, the over-functioning, and the quiet exhaustion that comes with trying to survive in systems that don’t see you.

My work blends somatics, neuroscience-backed tools, shadow work, and grounded strategy.


I create spaces where safety comes first, patterns are named clearly, and growth feels embodied, not performative.

My flavor of coaching is for people who are exhausted from holding it all together.

If you’re high functioning on the outside and quietly unraveling on the inside, you’re not broken. You’re likely operating without the right support, language, or nervous-system safety.

Many of the people I work with don’t come looking for coaching. They come because something feels off, heavy, or unsustainable, even though they’ve done all the right things.

Most of my clients aren’t asking, How do I fix myself?


They’re asking quieter questions:

  • Why am I always tired, even when I rest?

  • Why do I understand my patterns but still repeat them?

  • Why does life feel harder for me than it seems to for others?

  • Why do I feel like I’m constantly managing myself?

What’s happening isn’t a personal failure.
It’s what happens when neurodivergent people are taught to cope instead of being supported.

A Nervous System Approach

Each of us has an innate resilience toolkit.


But for many late-diagnosed, neurodivergent women, that toolkit has been patched together through survival, masking, and sheer willpower.

In coaching, we slow down and rebuild it intentionally.

Your toolkit becomes a set of practices you can reach for when:

  • Your brain is spiraling

  • Your body feels tight, heavy, or frozen

  • You’re overwhelmed but still expected to function

  • You don’t have the luxury of figuring it out later

These tools are shaped around you: your patterns, your nervous system, your capacity.

They might include somatic practices, grounding rituals, mental reframes, embodied resets, or simple structures that actually stick.
The tools themselves aren’t revolutionary.

In my 121 coaching packages, we are essentially reviewing how you got to where you are, moving into the present with redefining stories as well as restoring some old wounds, and inevitably move toward taking your seat back at the table.

The difference? The 10-month is for someone ready to completely rebuild their identity and relationship with their neurodivergence. The 3-month is for someone who needs foundational tools but isn't ready for full transformation.

FAQ

What does coaching really do?

In a coaching partnership, we get to navigate the muddy, murky waters of self perception, mindset, beliefs, and innate stories. We do this because you have a desire to be somewhere different than where you currently are → to get there, a coach will compassionately hold up the mirror to your blindspots.

What's the time commitment?

I respect your autonomy and as such, I give only suggestions for how often we meet. The packs are best as biweekly at minimum. The signature is 10 sessions with 2 breathwork inclusions, suggested at a biweekly cadence. But truthfully, you will clock your time and scheduling sessions is up to you + at your convenience.
