How to Use This Bundle
You don’t have to do everything at once.
Start with the masterclass and sit with it.
Then download the guide and pick 1 or 2 new things to implement over the next week or so. When you feel ready, print or explore the toolkit slowly, maybe absorbing one page per day. Lastly, commit to engaging with the course at a cadence that works for you - many people aim for 1 module per week.
These tools are designed to be flexible.
You can use them solo, with a coach, with an accountabuddy, or with a group. Feel free to revisit things when you need a reset. You have lifetime access; so you'll receive any updates to all the links [PDFs may take a bit longer].
Take your time.
Neurodivergent minds work in waves. You might binge one section and pause for a while—that’s okay! Where there's commitment, there's a way.
