Welcome to AdventuresOFcommunity LLC DBA Victorious Coaching, where these Terms and Conditions govern your use of the following, but not limited to holistic & adhd life coaching for individuals and groups, workshop design & facilitation, events, and breathwork facilitation services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Victorious Coaching offers holistic life coaching for individuals, groups and teams, as well as workshop design & facilitation, and breathwork facilitation services.

These services are provided based on the information and preferences provided by the client. Clients must provide accurate and complete information to ensure the effectiveness of our services. This is often compiled via discovery calls, intake forms, and surveys. It is the client's responsibility to communicate any changes or concerns promptly and in writing.

Payment details, including fees and payment schedules, will be outlined in the agreement between Victorious Coaching and the client prior to the commencement of services. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension of services.

Cancellation policies and refund details will be specified in the service agreement. Clients are encouraged to review and understand these terms before entering into an agreement. In the event of outstanding circumstances, please reach out directly to Victoria to come up with a plan of action.

For the digital products: e courses or webinars, there is a 7 day no cost no judgement refund policy.

For the digital products that are e guides or work/books, there are no refunds.

All information shared during coaching sessions or workshops will be treated as confidential.

This includes information that is either documented or verbally shared and is bound by the ICF Code of Ethics. Considered not confidential:

• information was in the coach's possession prior to it being provided by the client

• information that is generally known to the public or in the client's industry

• information that is obtained by the coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the client

• information that is independently developed by the coach without use of or reference to the client's confidential info

• information that is disclosed to the coach and the coach reasonably believes there is an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the client or others

• information that involves objectively illegal activity

Victorious Coaching will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Materials, resources, and content provided during coaching sessions and workshops are the intellectual property of Victorious Coaching.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, USA. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Victorious Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Clients agree to use our services at their own risk.

Services to be engaged in may be terminated or suspended, without prior notice or liability, for good reason. Refunds will then be negotiated. If any session is cancelled by the purchaser, an administration fee will be levied at the discretion of Victorious Coaching.

Victorious Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By engaging with Victorious Coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
