Victoria Cumberbatch, Victorious Coaching

Hi, I'm Victoria.

I'm a coach, facilitator, writer, curious human, and the founder of Victorious Coaching + the Victorious Method™.

I work with late-diagnosed ADHD women who are tired of being told to manage themselves better when what they really want is to understand themselves more deeply.

Because here's what I believe:

We're shaped by our experiences, but we're not sentenced by them.

A diagnosis can give you language.

Your history can give you context.

Your body can give you information.

But none of those things gets the final word about who you become.

That's where reclamation begins.

Victoria Cumberbatch PCC

TL;DR

I'm a PCC coach, somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and late-diagnosed ADHD woman who spent years wondering:

Why does everyone else seem to have the manual... and I just have Post-it notes and vibes?

Turns out...

I wasn't faulty.

I wasn't behind.

I wasn't lazy.

And I wasn't failing at being a woman.

I was trying to build a life using instructions that didn't account for me. And eventually, I got tired of trying to become someone else.

So I started figuring out who I actually was.

Before Victorious ...

I was the woman who did A LOT.

Travel.

Work.

Facilitate.

Achieve.

Perform.

Adapt.

Please.

Appease.

Multitask.

Keep going.

I've lived and traveled across dozens of countries. I've facilitated transformational retreats. I've worked with students, founders, digital nomads, and women navigating enormous life transitions.

From the outside, I looked capable af.

Inside?

I was exhausted, cycling burn out, second guessing every decision I made and berating myself for not being more normal.

I had become exceptionally good at performing. I hadn't become nearly as good at being.

Starting to sound familiar 👀

VIctorious Coach

Then, came the diagnosis.

At 32, I was diagnosed with ADHD.

And initially, the diagnosis was a relief.

Suddenly, decades of experiences had context.

The unfinished projects.

The wildly active brain.

The difficulty with conventional work.

The burnout cycles.

The sensory sensitivities [hello, misophonia].

The feeling that I could be wildly capable and wildly overwhelmed at the exact same time.

But eventually I realized something else:

A diagnosis can explain my experience without becoming my identity.

This thought has become one of the foundational beliefs of my work.

I don't want women to leave coaching thinking: Now I understand everything that's wrong with me.

I want them thinking:

Now I understand myself and I'm thrilled to have choices.

So what exactly is the Victorious Method™?

What began as a coaching practice.

Has become something bigger.

A philosophy.

A body of work.

A way of approaching the wonderfully complicated business of being human.

At the heart of it is one question:

What becomes possible when a woman truly believes she has choice?

That's the question underneath everything I create.

Coaching. Breathwork. Masterclasses. Writing. Speaking. Podcasting.

The Victorious Method™

Now I hold space for other women who are wildly capable, yet wildly exhausted. Women who were told they’re too much, too sensitive, too scattered… when really, they were just too powerful for the boxes they were shoved into.

Stop gaslighting themselves and start honoring their truth

Build rituals that feel good instead of following rigid routines

Unlearn hustle culture and rebuild a relationship with their body

Find self grace, forgiveness and permission

I eventually realized that no single modality could hold the women I was working with.

Sometimes you need to understand the story.

Sometimes you need a practical skill.

Sometimes you need to get out of your head and into your body.

Sometimes you need to grieve.

Sometimes you need to be challenged.

Sometimes you need to laugh at the absurdity of being a human being.

So my work weaves these pieces together through The Victorious Method™.

At its heart is the SHE Framework:

S — Shadow Work

Understanding the stories, conditioning, protective patterns, and identities that have shaped you.

H — Hard Skills

Building the practical self-leadership skills that make change possible in real life—boundaries, communication, decision-making, executive functioning, and more.

E — Embodiment

Bringing insight into the body through somatic awareness, breathwork, nervous-system-informed practices, and lived experience.

Not because you need another system to follow, rather because you get to have a relationship with yourself that can flex with your actual life.

The Approach

I am deeply compassionate.

I am also going to challenge you.

I won't treat you like a project that needs fixing.

I won't promise that I'll make your life easier.

I won't promise a particular outcome.

And I won't pretend that safety can be guaranteed.

Instead, we co-create the space.

You retain your autonomy.

You get to say no.

You get to change your mind.

You get to disagree with me.

You get to bring your whole messy, contradictory, complicated self into the room.

My job is not to become the authority on your life.

My job is to help you become a more trustworthy authority in your own world.

And yes, I bring a little New Jersey attitude.

I'm not your serene, softly lit coach whispering:

"And what does that feel like for you?"

...for forty-seven minutes.

😂 🤷🏾‍♀️

I'll absolutely sit with you in your grief.

I'll listen deeply.

I'll hold complexity.

And then, when appropriate, I'll lovingly interrupt your bullshit.

Because compassion without challenge can become stagnation.

And challenge without compassion can become cruelty.

I want neither.

I want honest partnership.

We're in the messy sandbox together.

Aside from coaching,

I'm a writer.

I'm working on a practical memoir about the strange, sacred, hilarious, heartbreaking business of being alive.

I'm a traveler and former nomad.

I'm a facilitator.

I'm a breathwork practitioner.

I'm endlessly curious about spirituality, ancestry, embodiment, women's health, creativity, and the stories humans tell about themselves.

I'm a 30ish biracial millennial with Bajan, Irish & English heritage.

I'm a true Capricorn [stellium], ENFJ, Enneagram 1, Sacral Generator.

And I'm still figuring my own life out.

I don't coach from the mountaintop.

I coach from inside the experiment.

What I hope you experience here

I want you to feel seen.

Not analyzed.

Not categorized.

Seen.

I want your beliefs to become wider.

Your choices to become more visible.

Your relationship with your body to become more curious.

Your self-trust to become more practiced.

And eventually...

I want you to need me less.

Because if you leave Victorious Coaching believing you can't make a decision without your coach...

I've failed.

If you leave thinking:

I know myself better. I trust myself more. And I have more choice than I thought I did.

Then we're truly doing something!!

Credentials

They matter.

I'm a PCC credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation, with additional training in ADHD coaching, somatic and trauma-aware approaches, breathwork, facilitation, and related modalities. I'm currently continuing my education in women's health specifically through NBCHWC training.

Albeit credentials aren't the whole story; they're part of how I practice responsibly.

  • ADHD Coach, Efficient Coach

  • Physical & Mental Health First Aid, World Inst. of Safety

  • Trauma Informed Somatic Energy Alignment, IPHM

  • Workshop Facilitation Mastery, AJ&Smart

  • Reiki 1, in progress

  • Suicide Prevention, Zero Suicide

    Alliance

  • Holotropic Breathwork, ScreamWerk

  • PCC Coach, Intl. Coaching Federation

Lived experience matters, too.

I've been the woman wondering why everyone else seemed to have the manual.

I've burned out. Many a time.

I've reinvented myself. Also, many a time.

I've traveled to 80+ countries. My husband is an immigrant + war survivor.

I've gotten lost.

I've been alone, a lot.

I've found my way back.

I've sat with grief, loss, shame, guilt.

I've learned to listen.

And I'm still learning.

So, if you've made it this far

I suspect you're probably not looking for another person to tell you how to live.

Good.

Neither am I.

You're probably looking for someone who can sit beside you while you figure out what your life is asking of you... and challenge you when you already know the answer but are afraid to act on it.

Dope, because that's the work.

That's the work of being Victorious.
