This is a somatic experiencing session, based off the modality of holotropic breathwork, a form of breathing designed to support you in unlocking your depths, reclaiming old stories & beliefs, and finding emotional release.
This is not talk therapy or mindset work. This is body based healing for nervous systems that have been living in overdrive.
Many arrive here after years of pushing through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and self doubt. Racing thoughts, chronic tension, shutdown, people pleasing, and the quiet grief that often comes with late diagnosed ADHD in women are common here.
For biological women specifically, these patterns are frequently layered with ADHD, anxiety, PCOS, chronic illness or pain and of course, the exhaustion of constant masking.
This virtual breathwork and intuitive coaching session offers a different entry point. One that does not require explaining or performing.
Through guided, intentional breathing, you are invited to access the deeper layers of your body where unprocessed emotions, old stories, and survival patterns live. This is where symptoms of adult ADHD in women often reside, not as flaws, but as intelligent adaptations.
This space is held by a biracial female life and ADHD coach who understands women and ADHD from lived experience, not just theory. As a Black life coach in Denver working virtually, I offer personal life coaching for women that is trauma sensitive, culturally aware, and deeply human.

Don't believe me, believe them

The breathwork session was just the medicine I needed. I was feeling very stuck and heavy at the time, doubting myself and my inner power. Viki held such a beautiful space, her guidance through words and music helped me release so much, and come back to my essence, to my heart, to bliss. It was such a profound journey in my inner world and I'm extremely grateful to Viki for her magic!

I loved that she guided me through the entire process, making me feel at ease. I was unsure of what to expect or benefit from the breathwork, not understanding the full affects it has on the body. The healing aspect went beyond what I could imagine.

From the start, her vibrant energy and relatability as a woman of color created an immediate connection. Despite the virtual setting, Victoria's guidance made me feel safe and comfortable to explore breathwork, something I'd been curious about for a long time.

Yes. This is a trauma sensitive, guided breathwork experience. You are never forced into an intense breathing pattern and you have conscious agency of yourself + body at all times. You can slow down, pause, or stop at any time. Your body leads the process, always.
Not at all. You do not need to focus perfectly, quiet your thoughts, or have prior experience.
This work meets you where you are and works beneath the thinking mind. It is especially supportive for people who tend to live in their head or feel disconnected from their body. 👀
No. Nothing is forced. Emotional release [catharsis] may happen, or it may not. Both are completely valid. The intention is safety and regulation, not catharsis for the sake of catharsis.
Every body responds differently. Some people experience emotional release, clarity, comfort enough to take a nap and drool, or simply a sense of calm. Others feel grounded, spacious, or deeply rested. Some are able to recall forgotten memories, connect new dots, or find relief in situations from the past. Integration can continue for a few days as your nervous system absorbs the shift. Even if one 'felt nothing,' something always happens at the cellular and neurological levels, which are often subconscious.
No. This is a somatic, coaching based experience, not therapy or medical care. It can complement therapy, coaching, or other healing work, but it does not replace professional mental health or medical support. If nervous, please connect with your healthcare practitioner and ask for their opinion.
Both formats are powerful, just different. In person sessions allow for shared physical presence, felt-sense co regulation, and optional hands on support such as light touch or grounding techniques, always with consent. These can be in a community setting in the Greater Denver Metro area usually, 1:1 in your home or at a rented space such as Sakala in Denver.
Virtual sessions offer depth, privacy, and the comfort of being in your own space, which many people find helps them feel safer and more open. Of course, additional measures have to be taken to ensure your space + the technology we use are in top form. The breathwork itself remains the same. The container shifts, but the process and outcomes are equally valid in both settings.
Both formats allow for ample time after the breathing itself to integrate verbally, for you to journal, or simply continue laying and finishing up thoughts.
