Working virtually with clients throughout the UK and up to Central European timezone. This tends to include: London, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Copenhagen, Ljubljana, and down to Cape Town. We meet via Zoom, which means you don't have to navigate rush hour on the Tube or find childcare just to get support.
The UK has a specific flavor of pressure around mental health and neurodivergence. There's the stiff upper lip culture, the expectation that you'll just get on with it, the NHS wait times that mean you might not get diagnosed or treated for years. Meanwhile, you're supposed to perform competence at work, manage a household, and not make a fuss about struggling.
For women especially, adhd often goes undiagnosed until you hit a breaking point. You were the clever girl who just needed to try harder. You were dramatic, emotional, disorganized. Nobody thought to assess you because you weren't a hyperactive boy disrupting class. I see you.
Virtual sessions via Zoom, scheduled around your actual life.
This is trauma-sensitive, somatic coaching. We work with your nervous system, not just your thoughts. I'm not going to give you another productivity system or tell you to network more effectively. We address the actual barriers: executive function challenges, nervous system dysregulation, the years of masking and compensating.
Plus the practical stuff: navigating corporate environments with adhd, deciding whether to disclose at work, setting boundaries that don't get you labeled as difficult, building sustainable routines that work for your actual brain.
This isn't about fitting you into a neurotypical mold. It's about understanding your context and building something that actually works.
Understanding NHS Wait Times and Private Diagnosis:
The NHS wait for adhd assessment can be 2-5 years depending on where you are. You're stuck in limbo, knowing something is wrong but unable to get formal confirmation or medication. Or you've gone private for diagnosis, which can cost £500-2000, and now you're trying to navigate what comes next. 🤯
You don't need to wait for a diagnosis to start working with me. If you're struggling with executive function, burnout, or nervous system dysregulation, that's enough. We can work together whether you're still waiting, recently diagnosed, or have known for years.
Workplace Accommodations and Disclosure:
Deciding whether to disclose your diagnosis at work is complicated. There's the Equality Act protection, but there's also the reality of workplace stigma, the fear of being seen as less capable, the concern that requesting accommodations will hurt your career.
We work through what accommodations would actually help you, how to request them, whether disclosure makes sense in your specific situation, and how to navigate workplace dynamics when you're already masking constantly.
The Cultural Context of Getting On With It:
British culture doesn't do well with admitting struggle 🙃. You're expected to muddle through, not make a fuss, certainly not complain. Mental health is getting better, but neurodivergence still carries stigma. ADHD especially gets dismissed as an excuse or American overdiagnosis.
That means you've probably been pushing through for years, compensating in ways that are destroying your nervous system, and feeling like you can't admit how hard everything actually is.
Cross-Cultural and Immigrant Experience:
If you moved to the UK from elsewhere, you're navigating cultural differences in how mental health and neurodivergence are understood. Or you're British-born but from a cultural background where admitting struggle or seeking coaching isn't normalized. You might be first or second generation, balancing multiple cultural expectations while trying to build a life that works for your brain.
If you're pursuing diagnosis, here's some high level information:
NHS Route:
Referral through GP
Wait times: 1-5 years depending on area
Free, but requires patience and persistence
Some areas have Right to Choose scheme allowing you to use NHS funding for private assessment
Private Route:
Faster (typically 1-3 months from booking)
Cost: £500-2000 depending on provider
Options include Psychiatry-UK, Clinical Partners, Harley Therapy, The ADHD Centre
Can transfer diagnosis to NHS for medication management
What to Look For:
Registered psychiatrist (not just a psychologist)
Comprehensive assessment including childhood history
Post-diagnostic support offered
Clear pathway to medication if needed
🌟 I can't diagnose you, but I can help you navigate the process and decide what route makes sense for your situation.
If you're employed in the UK, you may be eligible for Access to Work grant funding that can cover the cost of coaching. This government scheme provides support for people with disabilities or health conditions, including adhd, to help them thrive in employment.
What Access to Work Covers:
1:1 and group coaching sessions as a workplace support
Up to 100% funding depending on your circumstances
Renewal annually if support is still needed
How It Works:
• Apply through the government's Access to Work portal
• Explain how adhd coaching will help you in your role
• Once approved, the grant pays directly for your coaching sessions
I'm experienced working with Access to Work clients and can provide the necessary documentation and invoicing. This means coaching can be fully funded without coming out of your pocket.
Coaching
Before starting coaching with Viki, I was dealing with chronic pain (from adenomyosis) as well as trying to handle my ADHD symptoms and a new relationship. My stress levels were off the charts - I felt like I was totally at the mercy of life.
I handle things so much better now. I've learned to recognise when I'm becoming disregulated and I use tools to reground myself rather than letting it spiral.

Breathwork
The breathwork session was just the medicine I needed. I was feeling very stuck and heavy at the time, doubting myself and my inner power. Viki held such a beautiful space, her guidance through words and music helped me release so much, and come back to my essence, to my heart, to bliss. It was such a profound journey in my inner world and I'm extremely grateful to Viki for her magic!

You Don't Need to Move to Adventure with This
We meet where you are, literally and metaphorically.
This isn't about fitting you into a coaching model. It's about understanding your actual context - cultural, familial, economic, neurological and working from there. I don't pretend your family dynamics are simple or that setting boundaries is just a matter of saying no. I don't gaslight you about the very real pressures you're under.
The education system, the workplace, the healthcare system - none of it was designed with neurodivergent people in mind. You've spent years trying to fit yourself into structures that don't work for your brain. That's exhausting, and it's not your fault.
In-person and virtual sessions available throughout the United Kingdom. Share your email to fill out the intake form to see if we vibe!
