Burnout is not a badge of honor.
It is a systems failure.

High-performing women, particularly those navigating neurodivergence, are burning out at unsustainable rates. They are over-functioning, under-supported, and quietly leaving organizations that never understood what they needed in the first place.

Traditional professional development was not designed for the woman carrying chronic stress, nervous system overload, and the weight of masking her way through every meeting. Sustaining Brilliance was.

50%

of late-diagnosed women with ADHD report burnout or mental health decline post-diagnosis without proper support

70%

of neurodivergent professionals still feel they cannot ask for the support they need at work

3x

Women are nearly three times more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood than men, often missing early support

Everything your institution needs. Nothing you have to build.

Sustaining Brilliance is a ready-made, digitally delivered system your organization can license annually. No facilitation required. No customization needed. Plug it in and let it work.

01

8-Module Self-Paced Course

70-Page Interactive Workbook

Structured exercises, reflection prompts, and integration tools participants complete at their own pace. This is where the learning becomes embodied practice.

What this supports in your organization

ADHD informs the design, but the outcomes are what institutions invest in. This system delivers measurable impact in areas your organization already cares about.

Burnout reduction and prevention
Retention of high-performing women
Nervous system regulation skills
Sustainable performance practices
Self-advocacy and communication
Identity and confidence rebuilding

Built for institutions that support women who carry more than their title

Faculty and staff in higher education. ERG and HR leaders in corporate environments. Wellness directors. DEI teams. Anyone responsible for the humans behind the performance metrics.

This system is designed for the women who show up every day, brilliantly. And who are quietly running out of gas because no one taught them that regulation is not the same as resilience, and that self-trust is the foundation of sustainable anything.
