The Free ADHD Journey Is Live: Start Your Transformation Today

All of my writing is free. I write because it allows me to better understand my own points of view, I thoroughly enjoy it and I believe that knowledge gets to be accessible, not locked behind a pay wall. Yet, creating deep, quality content takes time, energy, and a herculean effort from this adhd brain. In the spirit of reciprocity, if something here lands for you, consider buying me a coffee to support this work 🙏🏾

It's Here. The Free ADHD Journey Begins Today.

It's live!!!!

The 6-month self-coaching journey from burnout to embodiment is now available, partially.

Month 1: Regulation.

This is it. The resource I wish existed when I was first diagnosed. The roadmap I had to figure out the hard way so you don't have to.

No catch. Just the complete work, free, for anyone who needs it.

Start Here:

Month 1: Regulation

This is where we begin. With the moment my nervous system forced a conversation I'd been avoiding. With what dysregulation actually looks like in daily life. With why you've been calling it laziness or failure when it's neither.

Watch Episode 1 on YouTube

Then move through the rest of Month 1 as it drops weekly onto YouTube, Spotify & Apple Podcasts.

What Happens Next in the 6-Month ADHD Journey

Starting next week, one new episode drops every week for the next 5 months.

Month 2: Self-Trust Foundations

Month 3: Shadow Work and Limiting Beliefs

Month 4: Breaking the Rumination Spiral

Month 5: From People-Pleasing to Boundaries

Month 6: Embodied Autonomy

Twenty-four episodes total. Six months. One adventure of transformation.

How to Get the Most Out of This ADHD Journey

Grab your journal. You'll want somewhere to process what comes up, work through the integration exercises, track patterns. If you’re not a journaler, maybe whip out that Voice Memo app.

Give yourself space after each episode. Not hours. Just a few minutes to let it land before you move back into your day.

Don't skip ahead. I know it's tempting to jump to the boundary work or the rumination episode. But the sequence matters. Start with regulation. Build the foundation first.

Your rest menu and the RezKit will be referenced throughout - feel free to nab those any time, if you’d like.

What I Hope For You

I hope your shoulders drop!! Your jaw loosens.

I hope something clicks that's been just out of reach.

I hope you feel seen in a way that doesn't just validate the struggle but actually shows you the way through it.

I hope you give yourself permission to take this slowly. To pause when you need to. To come back when you're ready.

This journey isn't going anywhere. The episodes will be here whenever you need them.

But I also hope you start today. Because waiting for the perfect moment means waiting forever, and you've already waited long enough.

If this journey helps you, share it.

Send the link to a friend who needs it. Post about it in your stories. Leave a review so other women can find it.

This work spreads through word of mouth. Through women who've been there telling other women there's a path through.

You don't have to do this alone. And neither does anyone else.

Hey, I'm Viki

P.S. If you're wondering about me - I hold a PCC coaching credential, breathwork facilitation certification, trauma sensitive somatic training, adhd certification, ongoing supervision, and about a decade of my own therapeutic and somatic work.

I'm also neurodivergent as hell, which informs everything about how I work. None of that makes me the right coach for you, but it hopefully gives you a sense of how I come to this work.

I may receive a commission for links shared in a blog, podcast, or newsletter. You don’t have to use these links, yet I’d be grateful if you chose to! Thanks again for your support, I hope you find the content supportive, insightful, and helpful!
