I honestly don’t remember the description but I can say it exceeded far more than what I expected for sure. As much as I know about special ed and have lived with ADHD my entire life I learned so much in this course.
This does not have to be exclusively for ADHD. It should be used as a life guide in general!!



I cobbled together a career, traveled to over 80 countries, and looked like someone who had life figured out!
Lingering behind that veil, I was masking so hard that even I was fooled. Late-diagnosed ADHD, PCOS, SIBO, MCAS, utter gut dysbiosis - a body screaming signals that I had trained myself to override.
I was successful on paper and exhausted in my bones.
I'm sure I'm not alone there.
When I finally got my diagnosis, nobody handed me a roadmap. Most of what I found on my own was either too clinical, too shallow, or built for a body that was not mine [but for men].
So I built my own path over a few years of time. And then I turned it into this course.
This is not a program that teaches you to manage your ADHD better. This is a guided experience in learning to partner with it.
