All of my writing is free. I write because it allows me to better understand my own points of view, I thoroughly enjoy it and I believe that knowledge gets to be accessible, not locked behind a pay wall. Yet, creating deep, quality content takes time, energy, and a herculean effort from this adhd brain. In the spirit of reciprocity, if something here lands for you, consider buying me a coffee to support this work 🙏🏾
Five days.
On March 2nd, the 6-month self-coaching journey goes live! Month 1 will drop throughout March, with a few appetizers already uploaded to the channel.
If you've been following along the last few weeks, you know what this is. If you're just tuning in now, here's the quick version:
This is a free, structured podcast journey for late-diagnosed ADHD women. From burnout to embodiment. Six months. Twenty-four episodes. A transformation roadmap with an actual sequence that matters.
Not random tips. Not scattered advice. A path.
And it’s around the corner 😵💫
Let me walk you through what to expect so you can get the most out of this journey.
This is designed to be followed sequentially. Month 1, Episode 1 is where you start. Not Month 3. Not wherever feels easiest. Month 1, Episode 1.
Why? Because my personal journey and client experiences have shown me that this flow works REALLY WELL. We can't do boundary work from a dysregulated nervous system. We can't trust our intuition if we’ve haven’t learned to hear our body's signals. The foundation matters. This foundation must precede the usual adhd and neurodivergent how-to zeitgeist.
Each month tackles one specific stage of transformation:
Month 1: Nervous System Regulation
Month 2: Self-Trust Foundations
Month 3: Shadow Work and Limiting Beliefs
Month 4: Breaking the Rumination Spiral
Month 5: From People-Pleasing to Boundaries
Month 6: Embodied Autonomy
The Format: What Each Month Includes
Every month has 4 episodes that follow the same pattern:
A real story from my life that illustrates the theme. You'll see what the struggle looked like, what the breakthrough was, what I learned.
A framework or reframe to help you think about this differently. These are the same frameworks I use in my paid coaching containers.
A somatic practice you can use immediately. Body-based tools for regulation, grounding, integration. No spiritual bypassing, just practical nervous system work.
An integration exercise to help you apply what you've learned. Journaling prompts, tracking templates, small experiments.
Each month will stack upon the preceding one.
March 1st: Month 1 drops throughout March 2026.
After that: One new episode per week, every week, for 5 months.
Pace yourself, I’d suggest, instead of bingeing 🙃. So you have time to actually integrate what you're learning instead of just consuming it.
All that being said, you won't need much.
A journal helps. Somewhere to process what comes up, track patterns, work through the integration exercises.
Time and space. Each episode will aim for 15-25 minutes [I’ll do my damndest!]. Not long. But you'll want space after to sit with what landed.
Your rest menu if you haven't grabbed it yet. We'll reference this in Month 1 and it's a good foundation to have in place.
And willingness. This isn't passive listening. This is active transformation work. You'll get out what you put in.
Let me be clear about what this journey won't do:
It won't fix you. Because you're not broken.
It won't give you 47 productivity hacks to optimize your ADHD. That's not the point.
It won't be easy or comfortable all the time. Transformation is confronting.
What it will do is walk you through a proven sequence that rebuilds your relationship with yourself from the ground up. Regulation. Trust. Excavation. Integration. Boundaries. Autonomy.
The same journey I've guided dozens of women through in 1:1 coaching; with a few differences in set up and live time with me, but the content remains the same.

I know some of you are wondering: if this is free, what's the catch? [I’m from New Jersey, I’d be asking the same thing okay!]
There isn't one.
I'm not building a funnel. I'm not teasing you with surface-level content to sell you the real thing later. This IS the real thing.
Will some people want to work with me 1:1 after going through this? Maybe.
Will some want breathwork sessions or group containers when I launch those? Possibly.
But that's not why this exists.
This exists because it wasn’t so long ago that I was newly diagnosed, overwhelmed, and unable to afford the high level coaching I wanted. I remember desperately wanting a resource that actually addressed what I needed; not productivity tips, but healing. Inevitably, slowly, I triggered a journey and lifestyle that will become lifelong. Reversing some comorbidities, learning how to live with some, and balancing others has proven to me that some steps must come before the hard skill optimization of adhd strategy.
That single resource didn't exist. So after a time and with client feedback, I decided to make it myself. Maybe it will be supportive to the loads of women to come that will find out their lifelong struggles weren’t BECAUSE of them and they can begin to work on some aspects before doling out the cash for coaching, counseling, healing work and all that jazz.
I certainly did.
Clear some space. Grab your journal. Get ready.
March 2 2026, Month 1 goes live. Nervous system regulation. The foundation everything else builds on.
This is where the journey begins.
See you there,
Got questions about the journey? Drop them in the comments below or DM me on Instagram. I read everything and I'll do my best to respond before launch.
Antsy for a taste? Check out my free masterclass here, its about 30mins. I’m thinking to resume doing these live every so often too!
P.S. If you're wondering about me - I hold a PCC coaching credential, breathwork facilitation certification, trauma sensitive somatic training, adhd certification, ongoing supervision, and about a decade of my own therapeutic and somatic work.
I'm also neurodivergent as hell, which informs everything about how I work. None of that makes me the right coach for you, but it hopefully gives you a sense of how I come to this work.
I may receive a commission for links shared in a blog, podcast, or newsletter. You don’t have to use these links, yet I’d be grateful if you chose to! Thanks again for your support, I hope you find the content supportive, insightful, and helpful!
